Add ncreiki.com to Your Safe Senders List
Email providers sometimes route messages from senders you haven’t emailed before into spam or junk — even when you’ve signed up to hear from us. Adding ncreiki.com to your trusted senders (also called “whitelisting”) tells your inbox to always deliver our messages directly, not to spam.
First step, no matter what provider you use: open your Spam or Junk folder, find an email from us, and mark it “Not Spam.” This alone trains most filters. Then follow the steps below for your specific provider to make it permanent.
Jump to your provider:
Gmail ·
Outlook / Outlook.com ·
Yahoo Mail ·
Apple Mail / iCloud ·
AOL Mail ·

Don’t see your email provider?
Most providers use a similar setting, usually called Safe Senders, Allow List, or Whitelist, found under your mail or junk-mail settings. If your provider asks for specific details, here’s what to give it:
- Sending domain: ncreiki.com
- Sending address: use the “From” address on the most recent email you received from us
If you’re using a work or school email account, your organization’s IT team may control spam filtering centrally — you may need to ask them to whitelist ncreiki.com on their end.
