What Is Reiki Healing?

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words —Rei which means “spirit” and Ki which is “Universal life force energy”.

So then what is Reiki healing?

It is actually “spiritually guided universal life force energy.” Quantum Physics says that we all have an unseen life force running through us.  Reiki moves energy through your Chakras (major energy centers of the body) and Aura clearing blockages, balancing and harmonizing your energy, while reducing stress thus allowing the body to heal itself naturally.  Reiki is similar to acupuncture, that works on your Meridians,  but without needles.

Reiki healing is administered by the Reiki Practitioner “Laying on Hands” on or over the body’s energy centers and clearing blockages that prevent perfect health. When you have a treatment, it feels like a wonderful nurturing energy is flowing around and through you.  Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. You will feel totally relaxed with soft, soothing music, candles, aromatherapy and warm glowing Reiki Energy.

Reiki healing is a simple, safe and natural method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can learn & use. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. Anyone from any religious background can learn and use Reiki. Unlike other healing modalities, the ability to channel Reiki Energy is passed on from Teacher to Student during an Reiki Attunement.

Numerous Research Studies have been done to prove the beneficial effects of Reiki. In his book, “Spiritual Healing—Scientific Validation of a Healing Revolution” by Daniel J. Benor, M.D., a skeptical Doctor who sat in on a Reiki session that changed his life forever. He became a Reiki Master & devoted years to investigating Reiki and other forms of Spiritual Healing.

Reiki healing has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Reiki healing is now offered in more than 800 Hospitals and Cancer Centers Nationwide.
